Walk-Through Registration 19/20

Dear INDY Families,

The countdown to the new school year is nearing the end, and we're excited to welcome you back! In CVUSD, parent/guardians are required to re-register student(s) each new school year. The first step of this process is registering on the Aeries Parent Portal Account. Access for re-registration on the parent portal opens August 1st, and parent/guardian(s) must log in, update student contact information, review important documents, complete necessary online forms, and complete and print the required district and school site forms.

All of this must be completed prior to the second step, which is the Walk-Through Registration Day when parents come to campus, turn in the printed forms, and learn what class their student(s) will be in. Walk through registration is one of the most important days of the year. With the information we exchange, we ensure your child is safe and ready to learn. 

This year we're going to try a scheduling shift to ensure efficiency and enough time to answer everyone's questions. TK and Kindergarten will have their own registration day:

TK & Kindergarten Only: Monday, August 5th, 2019

Come at your Pre-Assigned Time:

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: A through L    

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Kindergarten Meet the Teachers

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: M through Z

 

And 1st through 5th will be on the following:

Grade 1 through Grade 5: Tuesday, August 6th, 2019

4:15 pm – 5:00 pm:  Last Name V to Z

 

Please respect the sign-up procedure to ensure the event runs smoothly. You will be turned away if you attempt to come at a time other than the one you signed up for or the one based on your last-name. Please contact the main office (510-537-9558) if you have any questions.
