We’re excited to announce that Independent Elementary will have a float in the upcoming Castro Valley Light Parade on November 9th, 2024, and we need your help to make it shine! This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, show our school spirit, and give our kids a magical experience.

What We’re Looking For:
Janine, one of our kindergarten parents, has graciously offered her camper as the foundation for our float, which will be pulled by a 4Runner. Now, we need volunteers who can help decorate! We’ll be scheduling a few decorating sessions with the committee, and we’d love for as many parents as possible to join. Whether you’re a crafting pro or simply enjoy festive fun, we welcome all hands on deck.
