Robert Matoza just keeps winning—and we couldn’t be more proud.

Dear INDY Families - 

After being recognized at the district level, Robert has now been named the Alameda County Classified School Employee of the Year and is moving on to represent our community at the state level. This recognition is incredibly well-deserved. Day in and day out, Robert quietly makes INDY a better place for students and staff—often solving problems before anyone even knows they exist. We put together a short video that captures just a glimpse of the impact he has on our school. It’s hard to fully put into words what he means to our community, but this gets close.
