We Are INDY: Talent Show & Cultural Showcase

Dear INDY Families - 

We’re excited to invite our Indy families to We Are INDY: Many Cultures, One Community, a joyful evening celebrating the talents, cultures, and traditions that make our school community so special. In addition to the Talent Show, we’re excited to invite Indy families to help bring the event to life by sharing food and culture at our event.

Families are welcome to participate in one or both of the following ways:

🍽️ Community Potluck

We invite families to share a favorite dish that reflects their culture, traditions, or family heritage. This is a wonderful way for students and families to experience the many flavors that make up our Indy community.

🌎 Cultural Booths

Families who are interested may also host a cultural booth to showcase their culture, country, or family traditions. Booths can be as simple or as creative as you’d like and might include:

  • Photos, artifacts, or clothing
  • Maps, flags, or artwork
  • Short descriptions of traditions, holidays, or languages
  • Small interactive activities for students

The goal is to share, celebrate, and learn from one another in a way that feels joyful and accessible for everyone.


We anticipate this will be a special celebration that brings our school together to honor the diverse cultures, traditions, and experiences that make up the Indy community.
