Dear INDY Families - 

We’re excited to launch our Elementary Black Student Union on Friday, December 12 from 12:15-1:00— a space where students celebrate Black excellence, culture, and community through art, music, storytelling, and leadership activities. Students will be able to grab lunch from the cafeteria.

At the same time, parents and caregivers are invited to join our BSU Parent Group, a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and collaborate on ways to uplift and celebrate Black excellence at INDY. There will be a virtual link for caregivers who want to join but are not able to come to campus.

These groups will meet once a month, at the same time. Come build community, celebrate culture, and make a positive impact together.
